At The Bike Zone, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. As one of Canada’s leading cycling retailers, we maintain clear return guidelines to ensure fairness and product integrity.
Please review the policy below before initiating a return or exchange.
Online (Web) Orders
Web purchases that have been shipped are non-refundable.
Products that are available in Warehouse are considered special order items and are non-refundable.
Bicycle Returns
Bicycles are eligible for:
• A refund (minus a 20% restock fee), or
• A full amount exchange for another bicycle or products within the store
Returns must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase.
Bicycles are not eligible for any return or exchange if they are:
• Special order
• Purchased while on sale
• Shipped
• Used or showing visible wear
Due to the nature of bicycles and safety standards, all bicycle returns are subject to inspection.
Clothing Returns
Clothing may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
Exception:
Cycling shorts CANNOT be returned or exchanged at ANY time for hygienic reasons. Always try them on before purchase.
Special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returned clothing must be in new condition.
Parts & Accessories
Parts and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days provided:
• Original packaging is present
• The item is in new condition
Tubes are not eligible for replacement if damaged unless they are installed by The Bike Zone.
Tools are exchangeable if unused and are otherwise ineligible for return.
Special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Approval
The Bike Zone reserves the right to deny any exchange or return at our own discretion.

If your item qualifies under the guidelines above, our team will provide further instructions.
