- Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
- Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
- Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
- Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
- Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
- Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
