Crafted from recycled aluminum and machined with precision, the X-One-G Max body unites lightness and strength, optimizing every gram and every watt for sustainable, smooth, uncompromising performance Chromoly spindle to balance strength and weight Design combines two premium ball bearings, contact seals, and a steel plain bearing SPD-compatible, LOOK Cycle’s patented single-sided mechanism reduces weight while optimizing aerodynamics 67mm wide for increased stability and power transfer 53mm Q-Factor, with 1 and 2mm Q adjustment spacers available X-Classic cleats included, with 6deg float and 13deg release angle

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
