The CatEye ANPP500S model features USB-C recharging and five modes, including a new low mode offering 8 hours at 100 lumens. Enhanced operability is achieved with a larger button. It boasts a maximum output of 500 lumens with a 50-hour runtime, controlled lumens, and a sleek, durable design. The device turns onto high mode with a double click and provides excellent side visibility. Additional features include a low battery indicator, turning red at less than 20%, and the FlexTight (H-34N) mount. Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
