The Matrix Air Cage, an enhanced version of the Matrix Team Cage, features a built-in, discreet holder for an Apple AirTag. Its minimalist, dual-side-loading design hides the AirTag between the bottle cage and bike frame for added security. Made from lightweight, durable Composite Matrix material, it has an IPX7 waterproof rating to keep the AirTag dry. Virtually indistinguishable from a standard water bottle cage, it utilizes Apple's "FindMy" app to locate a stolen or missing bicycle and is verified to work with Apple's ultra-wideband signal. Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
