The Shimano RD-RX820 rear derailleur is compatible with 11-34t and 11-36t 12-speed cassettes, providing a wide gear range so you can spin a comfortable cadence no matter the terrain type. This rear derailleur also features an integrated chain stabilizer that delivers quieter shifting and more secure chain management during rough rides. The chain tensioner has an ON/OFF switch for outings on smooth surfaces.   • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
