The Shimano CUES ST-U3030 left-side brake/shifting lever brings the ergonomics developed for our higher-grade mechanical DUAL CONTROL LEVERS to a wider audience. With a design that comfortably fits hands of all sizes, more riders than ever before can enjoy a better grip on the lever for smoother, more intuitive control. Ergonomic lever design inherited from Shimano's high-end mechanical dual control levers offers better control Super SLR design makes use of a friction-reducing mechanism in the lever and cable that improve response and modulation For use with mechanical disc brake caliper (sold separately)

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
