The Evo version elevates the original multi-award-winning comfort grip to the highest level of ergonomics and comfortable cycling. Design, development and manufacturing are Made in Germany to guarantee the highest quality product with increased sustainability and minimal waste production. Large grip is best for riders with large hands, non-dynamic riding, commuting, and city riding

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
