The Era handlebar was designed from the ground up, narrowing the stem clamp area to allow both a quicker taper and an earlier rise to achieve RaceFace's meticulously researched Goldilocks (GL) tune. GL tune is the sweet spot for compliance preferred by most riders; stiffer was too harsh, softer was too flexible. Nearly 100 individual pieces of hand-laid carbon fiber are bound together using a toughened epoxy resin, with a specific layup for each bar variant.   • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
