The Adaptor Chain Superior blends security with style, offering 360° flexibility through its newly designed oval loop ring for easier handling through spokes and tight spaces. It pairs seamlessly with ABUS frame locks or the Alarmbox 2.0, allowing you to secure your bike to fixed objects without needing an extra key. The chain’s fabric coating protects against scratches, dirt, and water. 7 mm thick square chain made of specially hardened steel Oval loop ring in a new design for optimised grip and improved feel Fabric coating protects against scratches and paint damage 360° flexibility of the loop ring

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
