The coil-sprung, ground-hugging, trail-smoothing performance of DHX powers up with Live Valve Neo for the ultimate in wireless suspension control. By opening or firming the compression circuit based on trail data in 1/70th of a second, DHX Live Valve Neo lets you realize your fastest. Live Valve Neo reads terrain inputs 400 times per second and will instantly respond by giving you plushness or support. NOTE: The Live Valve Neo Kit (which includes sensors, Controller battery and mounting hardware) is sold separately and is required for the DHX Live Valve Neo shock to function as intended. Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
