Based on 10-years of experience with Eagle drivetrain, S100 Eagle rear derailleur delivers a modernized derailleur with improved bushing fitment process for long term durability and precision. Eagle is a promise of accurate and purposeful shifting, and S100 delivers a high performing, 500% range derailleur built to excel in high-torque use, in all conditions, for all riders. Utilizes proven Drag Spring cage damper for confident chain retention Max 500-percent range for pairing with 11-50t or 10-50t Eagle cassettes (sold separately) Derailleur hanger mount type (Can be mounted using a traditional type derailleur hanger or optional Half Mount with UDH hanger and half mount plate) Mounting bolt is Half Mount ready - Pair with a UDH and Half Mount plate for increased derailleur hanger security (UDH and Half Mount plate sold separately) X-Actuation for use with Eagle Drivetrain shifters Backward compatible with Eagle SX, NX, GX, X01, XX1 EcoSystem NOT Compatible with Eagle 70, 90, or Eagle Transmission

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
