The TR stem is a little bit lighter and more suited to trail and all mountain use, compared to the style of the Gravity stem. Optimum machining has been used to obtain the lightest weight without compromising stiffness. Opposing steerer clamp bolts provide exceptionally rigid steering characteristics, while the 2-piece front plate design with a simple “no gap” clamping system. CNC machined from a solid billet of 2014 T6 aluminium with optimum machining to reduce weight without compromising stiffness Stainless steel taper head screws supplied 56 mm clamping width for reliable strength Zero rise

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
