Check your chain once in a while to make sure it is not worn out. But, our Chainchecker is more than just a chain checking tool. It also contains 3 allen keys, a valve tool, and can be used as hooks while working on your chain. It is just a chain tool, but so much more with the added possibilities!

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
