A worn bicycle chain can cause poor shifting and in time can even cause excessive wear to the derailleur and rear cogs, causing a much more expensive problem. That's why bike component manufacturers recommend chain replacement at regular wear intervals. The Park Tool CC-3.2 is a go/no-go gauge designed to accurately indicate when a chain reaches 0.5% and 0.75% wear (or "stretch"), the points at which most chain manufacturers suggest replacement. The CC-3.2 is long, accurate, and features permanent measurement markings. The CC-3.2 works on most derailleur chains* from 5 to 12-speed. Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
