Before discarding your rusted chain or giving up on a frozen crank bolt, a rusted derailleur spring or a seized seat post, give Chill Zone a shot. A special refrigerant propellant freezes metal as low as -50 degrees F. This causes contraction of the metal and creates micro cracks in the rust. A penetrating release agent then breaks down and flushes out the rust. With Chill Zone most rusted parts will quickly regain full functionality. Chill Zone contains oils and rust inhibitors, so re-lubricating parts is not required after use. Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
