Touchless arms grab up to 5" wide tires, keeping your bike secure, and your paint pristine. low-profile integrated led tail lights synchronize with your vehicle, providing enhanced rear visibility and on-road safety. Dedicated 2” model is able to carry up to 4 bikes with optional Piston Pro X Add-On 2-bike capacity: 67 lbs per tray RV Approved for chassis mount hitch when limited to 2 bikes, 42 lbs per tray With 2-bike Add-On, capacity is up to 40 lb per tray

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
