Regular lubrication of bicycle chains addresses annoying squeaks and noises, and extends the life of the chain and drivetrain components. Formulated using a proprietary blend of oils, Park Tool CL-1.2 Chain Lube works great in wet or dry conditions. It penetrates, reduces friction, prolongs component life, displaces moisture, and protects parts from rust and corrosion. Compatible with all bicycle chains. Also works great as general-purpose light lubricant for use on bicycle brake and derailleur cables and housing, spoke nipples, and derailleur and brake pivots. Some painted surfaces can be sensitive to oil and grease. Clean off any excess oil or grease immediately. Test first on an inconspicuous area to see if it causes a stain or discoloration

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
