The TRP TR12 drivetrain system brings World Cup downhill shifting technologies to the trails. The 12-speed design is the result of a collaboration between TRP, rider Aaron Gwin, and his mechanic John Hall. This advanced derailleur includes a Hall Lock - a lever integrated into the B-knuckle mount that locks out the main pivot bolt to prevent your derailleur from lifting, slapping and making noise The Hall Lock can be turned on or off, and the clamping force can be adjusted to balance stability and security with the derailleur’s ability to deflect on impact G-Spec Ratchet Style Clutch keeps tension on the chain through the movement of a bikes travel The clutch has integrated adjustability, effectively providing the individual balance between pedal feedback and chain retention for your bikes chain growth The shifter features linear actuation for improved ergonomics and consistent thumb contact Enhanced grip and tactile feel is built into lever paddles Embossed grooves on advance and release lever Carbon fiber upper housing and advance lever

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
