With the Park Tool CC-2 Chain Checker you can quickly and accurately determine the wear (or "stretch") of nearly any bike chain. Simply insert the Chain Checker’s pins into two links, lightly press the swing arm gauge, and then check the gauge window for an accurate reading. The CC-2 is compatible with most single-speed and derailleur chains, including Shimano XTR 12-speed chains. Compatible with all bicycle chains For modern 9 and 10 speed chains, replace chain at or just before the 0.75% readings For 11 speed chains, replace at or just before the 0.5% reading Insert the Chain Checker's pins into two links, press the swing arm gauge tight, and check the gauge window for an accurate reading

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
