The CT-5 Chain Tool performs like a shop-quality tool, in a lightweight compact size that easily fits in a saddle bag or mobile mechanic's tool roll. The CT-5 removes and installs pins on all 5-to-12-speed derailleur chains, including newer SRAM 12-speed designs. The integrated loosening shelf is useful for adjusting tight links on older style chains. Compatible with all 5-speed to 12-speed bicycle chains* including SRAM T-Type, SRAM Flattop, and Shimano XTR 12-speed Compatible with 3/32" single-speed chains Compatible with many 1/8" single-speed chains — see the CT-3.3 for guaranteed compatibility with all single-speed chains Not compatible with 3/16" or half-link single-speed chains *The CT-5 will install and remove, but not peen, Campagnolo 11 and 12-speed chain rivets

Standard ground shipping within Canada is free on eligible orders over $150. Bicycles are subject to the bicycle shipping rate.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
