We all love to stop and smell the roses, but like they say, every rose has its thorn. And as we all know, there's no better way to ruin a beautiful ride than with a thorn in the tube. No need to worry, though, because we designed our Thorn-Resistant Schrader Valve Tubes to combat pesky pricks of all shapes and sizes. Starting at the basis of the construction, we designed the tube to be thicker at the outer side (the part against the tire) in order to stop pesky bits from puncturing all the way through the tube. Then, at the inner side (the part against the rim), it's actually thinner in order to reduce weight. This way, you don't have to sacrifice performance in the name of protection.

  • Thicker construction on the outer side (against the tire) enhances puncture protection.
  • Thinner construction on the inner side (against the rim) maximizes weight savings.

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
