Goatlinks are designed to optimize the derailleur's position relative to your cassette. Offered in two versions - a 10-speed and 11-speed, each is intended to improve the shifting of your 1x drivetrain. Optimized for using a Shimano XT 8000 or XTR 9000 Rear Derailleur with a 10-42, 10-44, 11-45, 11-46 rear cassette setup Compatible with M8000 (XT) and M9000 (XTR) series eleven-speed Shimano rear derailleurs Double chainrings are not currently supported Triple chainrings are not supported Direct Mount-native frames and SRAM derailleurs are not supported

Bike shipping: $100 for non-electric bikes; $250 for e-bikes.

Higher rates apply to certain long-distance destinations, including Newfoundland and Labrador. Additional charges may apply to remote or rural locations and oversized or overweight items.

Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150, excluding bikes and e-bikes.

Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
