We developed the new Terra handlebar to be the paragon of comfort, control and performance, with an optimized blend of carbon fiber and advanced construction techniques yielding exceptional ride comfort, precise handling and class-leading strength at an impressively low weight. A shallow drop and moderate reach combine with a 12-degree flare for optimal all-terrain comfort and control.

  • Request deadline: Within 7 days of receiving your bike or 14 days of receiving other items.
  • Condition: Brand-new, never used, and in original packaging. Bikes must be never ridden.
  • Final sale: Sale and special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. A discount code on a regular-price item does not make it final sale.
  • Return deadline: Approved items must reach us within 7 days of approval.
  • Processing fee: 5% of the amount paid for returned items, excluding taxes and shipping, is deducted from your refund—even for returns brought to a store.
  • Shipping: You pay return shipping or may bring approved returns to either store. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Start a return: Submit our Online Orders Support form and wait for approval before returning anything.
